Tell me who's traveling, roughly when, what your family loves and what you are comfortable investing. I'll ask a lot of questions and do a lot of listening.
After our call, you get a detailed email with my ideas for your trip.
If you want to move forward, you pay your planning fee (if your trip has one), and within one week you'll have a detailed proposal, usually with one to three options.
Once you choose, I book it and put your whole trip in my mobile itinerary app.
If your trip is straightforward (you know exactly where you want to stay, you don't need airfare, and you just don't want to deal with the booking), I can simply book it for you.
Anything beyond booking a hotel, resort or cruise requires a planning fee, and that fee scales with how involved the planning is. We'll talk about what applies to your trip on our call so there are no surprises.
Do I need to know where I want to go?
Not at all. Some families come in with a resort already picked and some just know they want a beach. We'll figure it out together.
What do you need from me to get started?
Who's traveling, the kids' ages, roughly when you want to go, and what you are comfortable investing. That's plenty for our first chat.
Do you book airfare?
Yes, I can book your flights along with your hotel, resort or cruise.

In my mobile itinerary app, with your confirmations, times, packing tips and recommendations in one place.
How far ahead should I reach out?
The sooner the better, especially for holidays, school breaks and Disney. Reach out even if your dates aren't set yet.
